Mechanical Engineer- Project and Maintenance– 01 No. (For Infrastructure Development Department) for MRC Takwe Education: The candidate should hold Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Min 5YRExperience)/ Diploma (Min 10YR Experience) from reputed institute, Essential Functions: Candidate should have experience in Industrial Mechanical infrastructure Projects Candidate should be having age of 25-30 years, Experience in mechanical projects as well as maintenance, Estimation, Project Management, Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests. Maintenance scheduling, Planning, Preparing drawings, Specifications, tendering as per CPWD rules andRegulation. Supervision, Quality control, Measurements record and billing procedures, Daily reporting, risk Management, internal coordination etc. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains project database Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations Contributes to team effort by accomplishing relating results as needed. Skills required: Thorough knowledge of current market rates, items specifications, Rate analysis of items, billing etc. Knowledge of safety, EOHS policies, Daily reporting, record keeping, Advance compliance of Preventive Maintenance and capital project works. Co coordinating with all consultants, contractors regards to delay observed forecasted schedules and quality work. Contract managements. Competency Required:  Design and analytical skills  Project management  Manufacturing methods and procedures  Process improvement  Auto CAD Knowledge  MS Office/SAP proficiency  Flexibility  Teamwork Capacity  Communication Proficiency
