Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Understand job requirements from hiring managers and develop appropriate sourcing strategies Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms Conduct preliminary screening to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders and candidates Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in ATS or internal trackers Support offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of various job roles and industry standards Proficient in using job portals, social media, and sourcing tools Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
