Position Overview

Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for positions including nurses, medical assistants, patient coordinators, administrative staff, and leadership roles.
  • Partner closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates using job boards, social platforms, recruitment databases, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare hiring regulations, credentialing requirements, and organisational policies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Represent the fertility centre at career fairs, professional conferences, and recruiting events.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support on-boarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and employer branding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

    in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 25+ years of recruiting experience

    , with a strong preference for

    healthcare recruitment

  • Experience hiring in speciality clinics, fertility/OB-GYN practices, or hospitals is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles, credentialing, and industry compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with reproductive medicine or women's health fields.
  • Experience developing recruitment marketing strategies or employer branding initiatives.
  • Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
