Our mission is to provide a one-stop center for all advanced fertility needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Doctor Relationship Manager located in Pune. The Doctor Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with medical professionals, coordinating with doctors for referrals, managing communication between doctors and the clinic, and promoting the clinic’s services. Additionally, the role includes organizing and participating in medical conferences, workshops, and other events to foster professional connections and enhance the clinic's reputation. Qualifications Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Experience in healthcare marketing and promotion Ability to organize and manage events Knowledge of fertility treatments and healthcare services is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using CRM software and other digital tools
