Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Counsellor located in Nashik. The Financial Counsellor will be responsible for assisting patients with financial planning, guiding them through insurance verifications, and providing clarity on costs associated with medical treatments. The role also includes ensuring a high level of customer service and explaining key medical terminology related to patient care plans, enabling patients to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Counseling and Finance
• Proficiency in Insurance Verification processes
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide empathetic and professional patient support
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology, particularly in the healthcare and fertility domain
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred
