Deliver engaging product demonstrations using platforms like Google Meet. Communicate effectively with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, ensuring a professional and friendly tone. Guide clients through the account setup and onboarding processes, offering assistance and support as necessary. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads efficiently, update their status, and track follow-ups diligently. Maintain thorough records of client interactions and details using MS Office tools and CRM systems. Collaborate with the technical team to meet any unique client requirements effectively. Foster and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and exceptional support. Required Skills Recently graduated with an MBA in Marketing. Excellent proficiency in verbal and written English communication. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability and willingness to quickly learn and use CRM systems. Enthusiasm for technology and eagerness to understand IT products and solutions. Confident personality with strong client-facing communication skills.
