As a Business Development Executive (Fresher MBA Marketing) at our Rajkot location, you will be responsible for clearly conveying the value of our innovative IT product offerings to potential clients. Your key responsibilities will include delivering engaging product demonstrations via platforms like Google Meet, effectively communicating with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings in a professional and friendly manner, guiding clients through account setup and onboarding processes, and utilizing CRM tools to manage leads efficiently. You will be required to maintain thorough records of client interactions and details using MS Office tools and CRM systems, collaborate with the technical team to meet unique client requirements, and foster strong client relationships through timely communication and exceptional support. To excel in this role, you should have recently graduated with an MBA in Marketing, possess excellent proficiency in verbal and written English communication, and have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Additionally, you should demonstrate the ability and willingness to quickly learn and use CRM systems, show enthusiasm for technology, and have a confident personality with strong client-facing communication skills.
