It will be your duty to update clients about new feature developments and enhancements based on their business requirements, monitor client accounts to ensure product adoption and usage, and demonstrate the product to clients pre-execution when required. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate strong customer relationships. We are looking for engineering graduates with 3-5 years of experience who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation abilities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment. A go-getter attitude, a strong work ethic, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
