Job Description

As a MarTech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading marketing technology initiatives across platforms and teams. Your expertise in marketing automation tools, data management, platform integrations, and campaign deployment will be essential for driving personalization, automation, and seamless customer experiences at scale. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing automation programs including email, SMS, push, and web. - Manage and enhance MarTech stack with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Responsys, etc. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns. - Oversee data architecture, segmentation, and audience strategy utilizing tools like SQL, CDP/DMPs, and marketing databases. - Drive integrations between marketing platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), CMS (AEM, Drupal), and analytics tools. - Ensure flawless campaign deployment, testing (A/B, multivariate), QA, and performance tracking. - Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using dashboards and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SFMC reports. - Maintain high standards for data compliance, security, privacy (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and governance. - Mentor and lead a team of marketing technologists, automation specialists, and developers. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness. **Qualifications:** - Proven expertise in at least 2-3 marketing automation platforms like SFMC, Eloqua, Marketo, Responsys, etc. - Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and platforms such as Talend, Zapier, and APIs. - Hands-on experience with SQL, data extensions, and relational data models. - Understanding of customer journey orchestration, personalization, and behavioral triggers. - Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - Relevant certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar platforms.
