Key Responsibilities
Technology & Quality Assurance:
Oversee and assure the quality, performance, and strategic alignment of the technology team's output across all client engagements.Strategic Scoping & Documentation:
Lead the scoping of new MarTech requirements, translating client business needs and marketing strategies into detailed, accurate technical specifications and documentation.Workflow Optimization & Governance:
Continuously improve development workflows, systems, and delivery processes (DevOps, QA, CI/CD) to enhance team productivity and velocity.Team Development & Recruitment:
Drive the ongoing professional development, mentoring, and recruitment of the engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability.Innovation & Future-Proofing:
Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends in development, Generative AI
, and emerging marketing technology, incorporating strategic insights into our service offerings and roadmaps.

Must Have
Agency Experience:
Proven experience working in a digital or creative agency setting, with exposure to delivery models in Western markets
(e.g., North America, UK, Europe, ANZ).Client Communication:
Demonstrated ability to communicate directly and effectively with senior-level clients
(Director/VP/C-Suite), presenting technical strategy and solutions with clarity and confidence.MarTech Platform Expertise:
Deep technical understanding of the MarTech landscape, with mandatory, in-depth experience in architecting and delivering solutions on:

Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, MS or IS . Supplementary education is an advantage
- Additional industry certifications desired but not essential
- Minimum 4 years of related experience including in a multi-client environment and exposure to international Clients
Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Experience Cloud, etc.
- Hands-on experience with
APIs, data integration, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure
(AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
(SEO, SEM, social, programmatic)
- Familiarity with scripting languages
(JavaScript, Python
) and database/query languages (SQL) - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
