Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Marketplace Manager to lead our Amazon & Flipkart business. This role demands expertise in performance marketing, data analysis, listing SEO, operations, and P&L ownership to drive sustainable growth and brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing:

  Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Amazon Advertising & Flipkart Ads to maximise RoAS and sales velocity.

• Listing Management & SEO:

  Create and optimise product listings with keyword-rich content, high-quality creatives and conversion-focused A+ content.

• Analytics & Tools:

  Use marketplace analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Flipkart insights) to track performance, identify opportunities, and solve growth bottlenecks.

• P&L Ownership:

  Manage budgets, forecast sales and ensure profitability targets are met for marketplace channels.

• Operational Excellence:

  Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace operations to ensure inventory availability, timely dispatch, and compliance with SLA requirements.

• Competition & Trend Analysis:

  Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and category performance to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon & Flipkart accounts at scale.
• Proven track record in marketplace performance marketing with strong RoAS and sales growth achievements.
• Proficiency in marketplace SEO, keyword research and listing optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Excel, Brand Analytics, Helium 10 etc.
• Solid understanding of P&L drivers and financial planning for e-commerce channels.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
