About the Role

At Protyze, we are on a mission to make wellness and fitness accessible through high-quality products and a strong D2C presence. We are seeking a Marketplace Manager to manage and scale our brand across leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-Commerce platforms such as Blinkit and Zepto. This role is ideal for someone passionate about wellness, fitness, and e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end marketplace operations for wellness & fitness products.

· Optimize listings with impactful titles, keywords, images, and A+ content.

· Develop and execute pricing, discounting, and promotional strategies.

· Drive marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to boost visibility and sales.

· Track sales trends, competitor moves, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

· Ensure inventory planning, logistics coordination, and smooth order fulfillment.

· Monitor returns, escalations, and marketplace compliance to maintain customer satisfaction.

· Work closely with marketing teams to align D2C campaigns with marketplace promotions.

· Deliver periodic performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· 3–5 years of marketplace management experience, preferably in D2C / wellness & fitness brands.

· Hands-on knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central, Q-Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto), SEO, and marketplace advertising.

· Strong analytical and Excel skills with a data-driven approach.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Passion for wellness, fitness, and building consumer-centric brands.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with ERP/inventory management tools.

· Understanding of D2C and Q-Commerce sales funnels and omni-channel strategies.

· Creative approach to scaling wellness & fitness brands online.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,974.37 - ₹55,625.27 per month
