Job Title: Packaging DesignerJob Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to develop innovative, practical, and visually appealing packaging solutions for our products. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of branding, materials, and market trends with technical proficiency in packaging design software and production processes. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design packaging that reflects brand identity and enhances customer experience. Create mockups, dielines, and prototypes for packaging across various materials (paper, plastic, glass, metal, etc.). Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand goals and functional requirements. Research market trends, sustainability options, and competitor packaging. Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness of packaging designs. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, labeling standards, and environmental guidelines. Maintain and organize digital assets and design files. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Packaging Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in packaging design, preferably in consumer goods, food & beverage, cosmetics, or retail. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Cinema 4D, or Esko). Strong understanding of materials, production techniques, and printing processes. Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sustainable packaging design. Familiarity with regulatory packaging requirements (FDA, EU regulations, etc.). Experience working in cross-functional teams or within an agency environment.
