The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for ensuring website content is up-to-date, developing and implementing online marketing strategies, managing the end-to-end process of order fulfilment and returns, as well as nurturing customer relationships. The Ecommerce Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, marketing, and logistics, and will report to the CEO.
