Role:

Marketplaces Ads Manager

campaigns across Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart etc. to help scale our

Foods and Devices vertical frugally.


Responsibilities will include:

1) Campaign Strategy & Execution

each marketplace platform, including Amazon Advertising, Zepto Ads, and others. This involves

setting clear objectives, defining target audiences, and selecting appropriate ad formats.

2) Budget Management

to maximize ROI. Monitor spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget constraints.

3) Performance Optimization

click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA). Adjust strategies and

tactics based on data insights to improve outcomes.

4) Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

including sales, product, and creative departments, to align advertising efforts with overall

business objectives. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to

ensure campaign success.

5) Market Research & Trend Analysis

platform algorithm changes. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and refine

targeting strategies.

6) Reporting & Insights

insights and recommendations for improvement. Present findings to senior management and

other stakeholders.


The right candidate for this role should preferably have:

1) Experience

Amazon. Any exposure to Quick Commerce Ad platforms(Zepto, Instamart & Blinkit) would be

preferred along with Amazon.

2) Technical Proficiency

Console, Helium10, Crebero, Jungle Scout, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.

3) Analytical Skills

decisions to optimize campaign performance.

4) Communication Skills

with teams and present findings effectively.

5) Creative Thinking

resonate with target audiences.

6) Educational Background

typically preferred.
