Fueled by $11 million in Series A funding from renowned investors like Cure.fit, Tanglin Venture Partners, Endiya Partners, and MassMutual Ventures, we're on a mission to transform how people manage their health Role: Marketplaces Ads Manager | Sugar.fit’s Foods & Devices Business We are looking for a Marketplaces Ads Manager to strategize, execute, and optimise advertising campaigns across Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart etc. to help scale our Foods and Devices vertical frugally. Responsibilities will include: 1) Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement advertising strategies tailored to each marketplace platform, including Amazon Advertising, Zepto Ads, and others. This involves setting clear objectives, defining target audiences, and selecting appropriate ad formats. 2) Budget Management : Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI. Monitor spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget constraints. 3) Performance Optimization : Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA). Adjust strategies and tactics based on data insights to improve outcomes. 4) Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative departments, to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success. 5) Market Research & Trend Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies. 6) Reporting & Insights : Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders. The right candidate for this role should preferably have: 1) Experience : Minimum of 3–4 years in digital advertising, with a focus on platforms like Amazon. Any exposure to Quick Commerce Ad platforms(Zepto, Instamart & Blinkit) would be preferred along with Amazon. 2) Technical Proficiency : Expertise in using advertising platforms such as Amazon Advertising Console, Helium10, Crebero, Jungle Scout, and analytics tools like Google Analytics. 3) Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance. 4) Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with teams and present findings effectively. 5) Creative Thinking : Ability to develop compelling ad creatives and innovative strategies that resonate with target audiences. 6) Educational Background : A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is typically preferred.
