We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketplace Ads Manager to join our team at Xiaomi India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, platform-specific ad formats, and data-driven optimization techniques to drive sales and brand visibility.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Ecom Sales, GTM, Marketing, Finance) to align on goals, budgets, and execution plans.
Communication: Build seamless bridge between platforms and internal teams through effective articulation of ideas/updates across the band for an uninterrupted business
Performance Review: Conduct regular deep-dive analysis of digital campaigns, tracking key metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
Reporting: Present actionable insights through clear and consistent reporting to internal teams.
Stay updated on marketplace ad trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
Evaluate full funnel numbers against competition and category benchmarks to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in Xiaomi's advertising strategies.
