About the Role

Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide
exceptional technical support
to customers while meeting case management, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets.
Diagnose and resolve
technical challenges
in a complex SaaS environment.
Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their concerns and priorities are communicated internally.
Demonstrate expertise in specific areas of Marketo technology.
Communicate clearly and effectively (written & verbal) with customers across regions.
Maintain accurate documentation in the case tracking system.
Share best practices and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Work as part of a
24x7 global support team
.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in a
technical discipline
.
Minimum
2 years of experience
troubleshooting and resolving issues in enterprise software environments.
Prior experience in
Technical Support or implementation
of SaaS applications such as Marketing Automation, CRM, PRM, or SFA tools.
Strong
organizational and multitasking skills
with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent
communication skills
with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities
.
Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Experience with one or more of the following:

Database:
SQL
Web Technologies:
HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, PHP
Networking:
TCP/IP, DNS

Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Strong
cultural awareness
, especially when serving global customers.
