Description The Partner Communications Manager, Digital and CRM Specialist is responsible for driving marketing innovation and raising the creative bar with indirect Channel Partners whilst upholding the integrity of the Apple brand. Key responsibilities include:- Drive innovative partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner s brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges.- Work across the global organisation to understand both macro and comms trends for Apple product and services. Synthesise learnings into insights to drive optimisation of future advertising, digital and in-store efforts, internally and externally with partners.- Help Partners manage and optimise customer relationships using CRM systems and tools to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention, by implementing CRM strategies, defining KPIs and measurement frameworks, analysing data, and generating insights.- Collaborate extensively across many teams, internationally and locally, both internally at Apple and externally with partners such as Carriers, Retailers, Banks, SMB s and Enterprise Resellers, Media Content Providers and more.- Inspire and contribute to the large global network of Geo (global) Partner Communications Managers, sharing best practices, learnings and case studies.- International travel may be required 3-4 times per year. 8+ years experience in marketing communications. Experience in international account management and/or strategy at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand. Deep understanding of digital platforms (social, eCRM, e-commerce platforms, content, performance marketing, digital in-store) and how they can be leveraged to deliver the most compelling product experience throughout the customer journey. Experience in brand communications - from strategy to execution. Preferred Qualifications Passion for great work, seeing potential and nourishing it, with a tremendous ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders to drive the work forward. Ability to delve deeply into a partner s business, marketing strategy and consumer insights, to understand challenges and find opportunities. Job Description A.Job Purpose Responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of Air India s marketing initiatives in defined international geographies for consumer and trade channels. B.Key Accountabilities International Marketing Strategy Design and execute comprehensive international marketing strategies that align with global sales objectives, including market entry plans for new regions in the market. Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes across various international markets. Support the regional sales team with insights and appropriate campaigns, events and activation to achieve revenue targets. Develop and implement channel-wise strategy for key B2B channels - OTAs, TMCs, Consolidators and Retail agents. Campaign Development and Execution Develop and lead marketing campaigns that effectively convey the brand s message and values to different cultural contexts and market specifics. Ensure that Air India s products, services, and product lines resonate with current or potential customers Drive B2B activation in collaboration with the central B2B marketing team and spearhead execution of trade and other partner events in market. Oversee coordination with internal stakeholders, including the Sales and Product teams, to ensure that marketing strategies are fully integrated with international business objectives and product launches. Liaise with external partners, such as travel agents, tourism boards, event organizers, and local businesses, to identify co-marketing opportunities and maximize brand exposure Performance Metrics and Analytics Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of international marketing activities, focusing on ROI, market penetration, and brand loyalty in targeted regions.
