The Marketing team plays a key role in driving student admissions, brand visibility, and outreach in each region.

Role Purpose

The Marketing Executive/Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and outreach activities to drive enquiries, admissions, and brand awareness for Chennais Amirta in the assigned territory. The role covers both online and offline marketing, coordination with campuses and admission teams, and regular reporting on leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute student recruitment and branding campaigns for the assigned city/region (schools/colleges visits, education fairs, seminars, roadshows, career guidance sessions).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, college HODs, training & placement officers, career counsellors, and educational consultants.
• Drive enquiry generation through field visits, tele-calling coordination, digital campaigns, and local promotions (print, outdoor, radio, events).
• Support and coordinate admission activities: enquiry handling, campus visits, counselling events, and admission open houses.
• Execute and support digital marketing initiatives in coordination with the central marketing team (social media campaigns, lead generation ads, email/SMS campaigns).
• Collect and share market intelligence on competitors, fee structures, courses, and student preferences in the region.
• Plan and monitor the effective use of the local marketing budget in line with HO guidelines.
• Ensure branding standards are maintained across all marketing collaterals, events, and partner touchpoints.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports on enquiries, leads, conversions, and campaign effectiveness for management review.
• For Manager level: Lead and guide a small field/tele-calling team, allocate targets, monitor performance, and coordinate closely with campus heads and senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PG in Marketing or Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
• 25 years of experience in marketing/admissions/business development for Executive level; 610 years for Manager level, preferably in education, training, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and local language; ability to interact confidently with students and parents.
• Willingness for regular field work, travel within the region, and working on weekends during peak admission seasons (compensatory off as per policy).
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/admissions software will be preferred.
• Energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, student-centric environment.

Work Location & Reporting

• Base location: Chennai / Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Vijayawada / Cochin / Tirupati (as per posting and business requirement).
• Reporting to: Head Marketing / Campus Director / Corporate Office Marketing Head.
