Key Responsibilities: Design, review, and implement MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other services. Prepare and review detailed drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and ensure adherence to project standards and safety regulations. Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and energy efficiency assessments. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during the project lifecycle. Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in project scheduling, cost estimation, and progress reporting.
