Sales Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be supporting the sales team in attaining targets by executing a great marketing strategy. This involves conducting market research, analysis, and evaluation, as well as coming up with new proposals and changes. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and acquiring new ones. Interacting with clients over the phone or face to face to solve their problems will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you may need to handle complex issues related to complaints about sold products. Communication with the regional sales team to coordinate and respond to requests at internal meetings is crucial. You will also have to communicate sales policies and targets discussed with management to other departments. Organizing interviews and training sessions for employees will also be part of your responsibilities.
