Restaurant Manager

Role Overview: Mela Fine Foods is a premium brand of carnival foods aimed at standardizing the taste and hygiene of street food in India. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and growing our brand. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, set up, and review all processes necessary for the operation of our food carts. - Develop and execute processes for Quality Control, channel, and distribution of our food to various locations. - Ensure adherence to standards for quality and hygiene. - Drive sales and growth on platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and other digital channels. - Build and lead teams for offline and online channels, aligning people with our culture and mindset. - Develop strategies to increase sales through marketing initiatives at our locations. - Ensure smooth product delivery and provide customers with a pleasant experience. - Build networks, identify new product opportunities, manage relationships with key vendors, and conduct competitive research for relevancy and competitiveness. - Identify opportunities and channels for new vendors. Qualification Required: - Graduation from a reputed institute, preferably with an MBA or post-graduation in the hospitality sector. - Proficiency in online sales, running cloud kitchens, and driving the growth of food brands. - Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills with a keen eye for design. - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in driving business growth, managing P&L, and/or operating own food brands/restaurants with a cloud kitchen. - Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and manage teams with respect. - Affinity towards acute problem-solving and a commitment to creating a better, cleaner world.
