Why Join Us

This is not a typical marketing internship. You will work at the intersection of sustainability, storytelling, and strategy, helping shape how India’s next-generation clean-tech story is told.

You will:

• Craft narratives that position Novasensa as a national leader in circular economy innovation

• Work directly with founders on campaigns, investor communications, and outreach strategy

• Gain exposure across digital marketing, sales enablement, partnerships, and policy communication

• Contribute to flagship initiatives such as the Novasensa Sustainability Fellowship, a nationwide campaign mobilizing students toward clean-tech innovation

What You’ll Do

Branding & Strategic Communication

• Build concise, impactful decks, case studies, and sales material

• Assist in refining our brand messaging and outreach narrative for investors, industry, and government

• Design basic assets such as social posts, infographics, and one-pagers using Canva or PowerPoint

Campaigns & Outreach

• Support the rollout of the Sustainability Fellowship campaign through social media scheduling and university outreach

• Draft and analyze LinkedIn and email campaigns to grow brand visibility

• Track engagement metrics and suggest data-driven improvements

Research & Market Intelligence

• Map competitors, market trends, and clean-tech policy shifts

• Generate insights to support business development and partnerships

Who You Are

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or Economics

• Passionate about sustainability and curious about how ideas become movements

• Strong communicator with solid PowerPoint and Excel skills (Canva or Figma are a plus)

• Organized, creative, and proactive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience with LinkedIn or content-led marketing

• Familiarity with climate tech, policy, or B2B campaigns

• Interest in storytelling with data or visual formats
