Marketing Specialist

ZAP Cricket is seeking an enthusiastic Influencer and Social Media Specialist to enhance our brand

presence across social media platforms and build strong relationships with influencers in the cricket

community. The ideal candidate will drive our social media strategy, manage influencer

partnerships, and create engaging content to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Marketing:

◦ Identify, engage, and manage relationships with cricket influencers and brand

ambassadors.

◦ Develop and execute influencer campaigns to promote ZAP Cricket products.

◦ Monitor and evaluate the performance of influencer partnerships to ensure alignment

with brand goals.

• Social Media Strategy:

◦ Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms

such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

◦ Create and curate compelling content that resonates with the cricket community.

◦ Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build an active online community.

• Content Creation & Management:

◦ Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other

multimedia content.

◦ Schedule and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.

◦ Optimize content based on performance metrics and trends.

• Analytics & Reporting:

◦ Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

◦ Generate reports on key metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.

◦ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance social media

effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing and social media management.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

• Proven experience in managing influencer relationships and social media campaigns.

• Excellent communication, creative, and organizational skills.

• Passion for cricket and familiarity with the cricket community.
