You will be part of a dynamic environment where you'll manage a diverse portfolio of projects, from content and SEO to marketing automation and AI tool implementation.


What you’ll do in this role


As a Marketing Specialist, you will own a rotating set of strategic projects, giving you broad exposure to the modern marketing stack. This role is designed for a fast learner who thrives on variety and is eager to master new tools and channels.

You will be responsible for managing:

  • A portfolio of growth initiatives, which will change and evolve. One project might involve the implementation and setup of a lead scoring system, while the next could be the launch of a community.
  • Our content marketing engine across blogs, social media, and community, with a strong focus on SEO and understanding technical aspects like URL structures.
  • Paid acquisition channels (SEM) like Google, Reddit, and FB, including campaign setup, optimization, and attribution analysis.
  • New channel explorations, such as launching our Affiliate marketing program or running GEO-targeted campaigns.
  • The integration of AI tools and trends into our marketing processes, from content creation to automation and analytics.


Where do we operate from and where are our customers based?


We're a fully-remote team. Our customers are spread all over the globe with a majority in the United States, United Kingdom, India and Europe. Yes, you would get exposure marketing to a global audience.


Stuff that will help you land an offer


  • A "T-shaped" marketer profile: 2-4 years of experience with deep knowledge in 1-2 areas (e.g., SEO, SEM) and a broad curiosity for the rest.
  • You don't need to be an expert in every tool, but you must be an exceedingly fast learner who is energized by the challenge of mastering a new platform, whether it's HubSpot, VWO, Ahref, WordPress, or the latest AI marketing tool.
  • A foundational understanding of key marketing concepts like URL structures, attribution, and the customer journey.
  • Most importantly, an AI-curious mindset. You should be passionate about following and applying the latest AI trends in marketing, automation, and content.
  • Engaging conversationalist: enthusiastic and high energy, but also poised, confident, and extremely professional
  • Ideal profile would have experience in a growth team at a startup, and/or experience working for a SaaS product.
  • Excellent content creator and problem-solver


Objective of this role


  • Increase website traffic from direct (organic), paid, referral, affiliate etc.
  • Get leads and improve conversion rates of landing pages and customer journey funnel.
  • Build a brand and a pool of loyal customers through strategic, project-based initiatives.
  • Successfully manage and execute a rotating set of growth projects, learning and implementing new tools and strategies.


What you'll do in this role


  • Drive a portfolio of growth initiatives. You will not be doing everything at once, but will own specific projects from start to finish—such as a HubSpot implementation, a new community launch, or an AI-powered CRO test—before moving to the next challenge.
  • Actively monitor and execute our largest growth initiatives, including SEO content marketing and SEM campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and improve lead generation processes.
  • Create ad copy, implement A/B tests, and develop new programs.
  • Own the exploration and application of AI tools to continually improve our marketing processes and get better results.
  • Execute data-driven growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and activation across all paid, owned, and earned touchpoints.
