Marketing Specialist

A Marketing Specialist at Mount Litera Zee School, Muzaffarpur will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive student admissions and build the school's brand presence in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the school’s objectives.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, targeting parents, students, and key stakeholders.
• Create engaging marketing content, including brochures, social media posts, presentations, and event materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for outreach.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as social media, website updates, and email campaigns.
• Organize and coordinate school events, workshops, webinars, and open houses to increase engagement with prospective families.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the school to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with institutional goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of marketing concepts, strategy development, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in using social media, website administration, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
