We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our Marketing team at Motilal Oswal Private Wealth. Responsibilities

· Content Creation: Develop engaging written content for various communication channels including social media posts and collaterals

· Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media profiles, including content scheduling, monitoring, ideating on interesting campaign ideas and coordinating video / still photography shoots

· Collateral Development: Create required collaterals and singularly work on power point presentations and award nominations

· Proofreading and Editing: Review and edit various communication materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand alignment

· Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of communication initiatives, track competition news, provide insights and recommendations for improvement

· Vendor & External stakeholder management: Assist in coordination with external vendors and stakeholders for services and events

Requirement

· 2- 4 years of experience preferably in the financial sector

· Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye on detail

· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word

· Domain expertise in social media and content creation

· Basic understanding of event management and the luxury segment

· Knowledge of graphic design tools and video editing is a plus

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

· Passionate about communications and willingness to learn new things
