Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to help grow Condor AI’s brand presence and outreach. This role combines digital marketing, event coordination and storytelling for a deep-tech audience. You’ll work closely with leadership to craft campaigns, represent Condor at industry events and develop strategies to make our products and solutions resonate with clients, partners and the wider tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute LinkedIn and other social media campaigns to increase visibility.
• Help craft content like blogs, case studies and newsletters (with internal/agency support).
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest ways to optimize engagement.

Brand Strategy & Support

• Learn Condor’s product ecosystem to create simplified, impactful messaging.
• Support leadership in building a marketing plan for product launches and campaigns.
• Coordinate PR, media, and outreach efforts with external agencies when needed.

Event & Outreach

• Organize Condor’s presence at conferences, trade shows and networking events.
• Develop event materials and coordinate with design for visual branding.
• Represent the company at events and help generate leads and connections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing (B2B, tech, or events preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to craft engaging, professional messaging.
• Comfortable coordinating events, managing campaigns, and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to quickly learn deep-tech concepts and translate them into audience-friendly messages.
• Bonus: Experience with analytics tools, paid ads, or basic design skills.
