Required Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design or related discipline. Professional Experience: 3+ years of hands-on product design experience (preferably in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise platforms). Strong portfolio showcasing web or platform UI/UX work, with examples of design thinking and problem-solving. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Figma (or equivalent design tools) for design, prototyping, and collaboration. Solid understanding of UI patterns, interaction models, and responsive web design. Collaborate with product and design teams to turn updates and launches into compelling content. Platform Management & Growth Respond to DMs, comments, and foster interaction across Condor’s digital touchpoints. Brand Voice & Community Develop and maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity that reflects Condor’s work in AI, edge computing and real world deployment.
