Overview:

We’re looking for a fast, creative and detail oriented Visual Designer to bring Condor AI’s story to life across digital channels and brand assets. You’ll design sleek, high-impact visuals for social media, events, presentations and marketing campaigns that reflect our deep-tech identity. This role is about speed, precision and bold ideas and turning complex AI and hardware concepts into clean, beautiful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Visual Identity

• Create on-brand social media creatives, infographics and motion graphics for LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other platforms.
• Design presentations, one-pagers and event materials aligned with Condor’s corporate branding.
• Build a cohesive visual style and asset library for ongoing use.

Creative Execution

• Translate technical ideas into visually engaging graphics that are clear and appealing to a B2B audience.
• Produce quick-turnaround visuals for announcements, launches and campaigns.

Collaboration & Learning

• Work closely with engineering and marketing teams to understand Condor’s products and market.
• Stay updated with trends in deep tech communication and design.
• Take initiative to propose creative ways to simplify and amplify messaging visually.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in visual or graphic design (B2B or tech preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first, sleek and innovative design work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and motion/animation tools.
• Ability to work on tight timelines while maintaining high quality.
• Bonus: Familiarity with tech branding, infographics, or video editing.
