You will primarily be working on our client products and websites. We work with a variety of clients right from startups to large multinational corporations. You will get an opportunity to dabble in interesting projects and create meaningful impact on the businesses that we work with. Location This is an on-site role, at our office in Baner, Pune. Responsibilities You will be a part of our creative team and contribute to the processes right from conceptualisation to implementation. Here’s an outline of the same: Brainstorming sessions: Participate in discussions with the leadership team to create unique and delightful experiences for the user. User-flows and Journeys: Build user-flows based on the client/product requirement. Wireframing: Create wireframes that will guide the product experience. Mood-boarding and visual design: Create compelling visuals for the final product. Create Banners, Social Media Posts, Illustrations and other creatives for the deliverables. In short, we are looking for a designer open to learning and improving on a daily basis, all the while creating kick-ass work. Of course, we will always be a team and have fun along the way. Qualifications Having a formal design degree is always an added advantage, but we at TwoDo believe more in a great portfolio and the will to keep learning and improving. We don’t believe in copy-paste ways of working and want someone who thinks out of the box and shares our love for creativity and design. That said, basics of being a designer must be covered.
