Job Description

We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to work with our sales Team, supporting marketing efforts for aligned sales regions as well as global marketing initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will be a key contributor to the ongoing growth by supporting the execution of lead generation campaigns for the Global Business Sales (GBS) Marketing practice with a specific focus on the Marketing & Sales function/role. He/she will work closely with a team of geographically dispersed sales team to execute scalable, globally consistent marketing practices.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and self-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team.

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, client segments, and emerging trends.
Develop branding strategies to enhance the company’s presence across relevant ecosystems.
Build and implement marketing campaigns, including social media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and report on ROI.
Drive customer engagement through innovative and creative marketing approaches.
Take ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful use of resources.
Collaborate with Content, Design, and Development teams to craft cohesive messaging, compelling storytelling, and visually consistent campaigns.

Technical Skills

• Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Mailchimp.

• CRM: Salesforce or similar.

• Analytics: Google Analytics,

• SEO/SEM: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads.

• Social Media: LinkedIn and Instagram.

• Content: Blogs or Articles
