Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Blair for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing campaigns, research and analyze market trends, create promotional materials, and manage digital and social media platforms. Additionally, the role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, organizing events, tracking campaign performance, and generating reports to optimize marketing efforts.


Qualifications

  • Marketing and Campaign Management: Skilled in developing and executing effective marketing strategies, including digital and traditional campaigns.
  • Market Research and Analytics: Proficiency in analyzing trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance data to inform decision-making.
  • Content Creation and Social Media Management: Experience in creating engaging promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and developing consistent brand messaging.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Event Coordination and Leadership: Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute events that align with marketing objectives and engage target audiences.
  • Relevant qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in marketing or similar roles is preferred.
  • Additional skills: Knowledge of design tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
