This full-time on-site role is for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Kerala, India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging with educational institutes, devising and executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities encompass interacting with potential clients, delivering sales presentations, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with the marketing team to synchronize strategies. Moreover, the position involves training and supervising sales teams to attain predetermined objectives. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, experience in Training and team management, excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, the capacity to work efficiently both in a team and independently, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and previous exposure to the education or training sector would be advantageous.,
