We’re Hiring | Marketing, Sales & Admissions Head (Female -Senior Profile).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement monthly and batch-specific admission strategies to achieve or exceed targets for each branch (Cochin} Bangalore, and Thodupuzha).
- Set clear target distribution for each Admissions Officer and monitor daily performance.
- Conduct weekly and monthly admission review meetings to evaluate progress and address conversion challenges.
- Coordinate with the Admissions Officers to ensure all prospective leads are followed up systematically and converted into confirmed admissions.
- Ensure the timely commencement of new batches with required student strength. Drive admission target achievement for both offline and online courses through innovative marketing and safes initiatives.
- Supervise the marketing and selling of high-value Courses & programs and intemational Education Trip & VR courses to colleges and schools.
- Achievement of Month end Admission Target & Financial Target.
- Submit a month-end admission and financial achievement report to Director, highlighting performance branch-wise and course-wise.
- Develop and execute a pan-India business networking plan that includes educational collaborations, padnerships, and event participation.
- Identify new markets, regions, and Colleges, Schools and Institutions for tie-ups to promote Kairos Institute's programs.
- Represent the institute at education expos, seminars, college events, and school programs to increase brand awareness and collect quality leads.
- Organize marketing-related programs and career awareness sessions in schools and colleges to promote Kairos' academic offerings and collect leads.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align online campaigns, social media promotions, and advertising with admission objectives.
- Oversee the launch of new courses in coordination with the academic and marketing teams, ensuring impactful branding and outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term institutional and corporate partnerships to support brand growth and student acquisition.
- Develop and implement both online and offline lead generation plans targeting students for upcoming batches(Online & Offline courses).
- Conduct marketing programs, seminars, workshops, and student engagement events in colleges and schools across Kerala and pan-India for lead collection. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online lead generation campaigns (social media ads, webinars, website inquiries, etc.).
- Build a strong referral and influencer network including alumni, student ambassadors, educational consultants, and placement officers.
- Evaluate the quality of leads and track conversion ratios to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure that each Admission Officer receives adequate and qualified leads to meet their conversion targets.
- Maintain a lead funnel dashboard that tracks lead source, status, follow-up, and outcome on a daily and weekly basis.
- Guide and mentor Admissions Officers to improve communication, conversion, and follow-up efficiency.
- Conduct daily check-ins and weekly performance reviews to assess target achievement and lead management.
- Identify training needs within the team and conduct workshops for improving marketing, sales, and interpersonal skills.
- Establish clear accountability through target tracking sheets for individual and team performance.
- Promote collaboration between the Admissions, Marketing, and Academic departments to ensure smooth student onboarding and batch commencement. Recognize and reward high-performing team members to maintain motivation and team spirit.
- Ensure that allbranches (Cochin, Bangalore, Thodupuzha) follow a standardized admission and reportingprocess.
Conduct periodic market research to study admission trends, competitors' programs, fee structures, and student preferences.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to Director covering:
-Admissions target vs. achieved (per branch & program)
-Financial target vs. achieved
-Lead generation statistics and source analysis
-Competitor activity and market observations
- Recommend actionable strategies to Director based on data analysis and market
response.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all reports submitted to the Director.
- Collaborate with the Media and digital teams to design impactful promotional campaigns.
- Market and sell high-value courses and specialized programs such as international tnp and VR-based learning modules.
- Visit institutions ,Schools and Colleges to introduce and market High Value courses ,internationai trip and VR-based learning modules building trust and professional networks,
- Utilize alumni success stories, student testimonials, and faculty expertise for content marketing.
- Ensure that course presentations, brochures, and promotional materials are up to date and brand-compliant.
- Maintain updated digital and physical records of at} lead sources, follow-ups admissions, and event details
- Ensure proper data entry and tracking in CRM/lead management systems. Submit consolidated reports on admission and financial target achievem the Director at the end of every month.
- Adhere to all institutional policies, data privacy, and ethical marketing

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
