About the Role

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day project workflows across eCommerce and digital marketing accounts.
  • Maintain and update project task boards (Monday.com) including task creation, assignment, status updates, timelines, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked and communicated clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating between design, content, tech, ads, and client teams to ensure tasks move smoothly from start to finish.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports, dashboards, and project summaries.

eCommerce & Marketing Support

  • Assist project managers in coordinating deliverables related to Amazon, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Support marketing activities including campaign tracking, content scheduling, and performance updates.
  • Organize product information, creative briefs, and marketing assets for easy team access.
  • Review basic deliverables for accuracy (product details, copy, images, links, submissions, etc.) before client approval.

Communication & Documentation

  • Serve as a central point of contact for project status, pending tasks, and expectations.
  • Document SOPs, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Schedule internal and client meetings, share agendas, and maintain meeting notes.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in project coordination or operations (experience in eCommerce or marketing is a strong plus).
  • Hands-on experience using Monday.com, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage tight deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce workflows (Shopify, Amazon) and digital marketing processes is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and task management tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience coordinating creative, marketing, or eCommerce teams.
  • Familiarity with project reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify gaps, missing information, or inconsistencies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
