As an Amazon Marketplace Manager at our performance-driven marketing agency, you will be responsible for managing and scaling client accounts on Amazon. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, translating their business goals into high-performing Amazon strategies. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic planning, requiring deep marketplace expertise, client communication skills, and performance marketing know-how. Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Account Ownership Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their Amazon performance. Lead regular performance review calls, strategy discussions, and reporting sessions. Understand each client's product positioning, goals, and KPIs, and tailor Amazon strategies accordingly. Collaborate with internal creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure client expectations are met. Amazon Marketplace Management Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central (and/or Vendor Central). Handle product listings, variations, backend keywords, catalog optimization, and content enhancements. Monitor account health, listing compliance, and category approvals. Advertising & Promotions Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, etc.). Manage budgets and provide clear reporting on ad performance and ROI. Coordinate promotional strategies, Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Prime Day/seasonal campaigns. Inventory & Logistics Oversight (Client-Side Support) Collaborate with clients to ensure proper inventory planning and FBA replenishments. Forecast demand and flag potential stockout or overstock risks. Track and report on fulfillment performance and shipment status. Analytics & Reporting Use tools like Helium 10, DataHawk, Amazon Brand Analytics, etc., to monitor KPIs. Deliver clear, actionable insights in weekly/monthly performance reports. Track key metrics: sales, conversions, CTR, ACoS/ROAS, Buy Box %, reviews, and sessions. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with content and design teams to develop conversion-driven creatives and A+ content. Ensure smooth project flow between departments and deliverables meet deadlines and quality benchmarks. Assist with internal process improvements to scale Amazon services across clients. Requirements 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably across multiple brands. Prior agency or multi-client experience strongly preferred. Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Proven success in Amazon PPC campaign strategy and management. Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Flat File uploads, Brand Analytics, and Amazon Ads Console. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset. Bonus Points For Experience in health, wellness, nutraceutical, or CPG categories. Familiarity with international Amazon marketplaces. Exposure to Walmart, Shopify, or other marketplace platforms. Knowledge of Amazon DSP, Vine, and influencer review strategies.
