Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Develop and produce high-quality, cinematic video content with Hollywood-level production values.
- Create compelling storyboards and visual narratives that drive engagement and sales.
- Leverage AI technologies to create and deploy human digital twins for scalable video content production.
- Design and execute viral video strategies with proven ability to generate widespread organic reach.
- Develop artistic, visually striking content that effectively communicates brand value propositions.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Create, implement, and optimize social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Set up, configure, and manage pixel trackers for comprehensive conversion tracking and retargeting.
- Execute cost-effective media buying strategies with demonstrated ROI optimization.
- Design and implement multi-stage funnel campaigns to nurture leads through the customer journey
- Develop conversion strategies that transform qualified leads into scheduled sales calls.
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Establish and execute content strategies across multiple business lines to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage complete marketing-to-sales cycles for turnkey training course products with minimal human intervention.
- Create and manage YouTube channels, including content strategy, optimization, and growth tactics.
- Oversee reputation management initiatives across all business lines.
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of pixel implementation, custom audiences, and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in video production software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
