This role will work in close partnership with the Banking and Cash Solutions Marketing, Communications, Training, Sales Strategy, and Operations team to provide operational support and some project management to support client and advisor engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support ongoing reporting and tracking needs of the Banking and Cash Solutions advisor marketing program, training and webinar engagementOngoing maintenance and support of business reporting leveraging multiple sources to support team leading and lagging indicator reporting structureManage activities that support the development and tracking of advisor engagement in key programs within the businessCollaborate closely with training managers to conduct pre-event administrative support and complete post-event administrative reporting workProduce and communicate ongoing reporting of advisor and client engagement leading indicatorsSupport the implementation of complex direct to client communication strategies as neededMeet regularly with key stakeholders globally to ensure delivery of projects against timelinesParticipate in regular meetings with stakeholders to drive toward business resultsDevelop or refine presentation decks for training initiatives or business reporting as neededProvide data analysis and insights as required to support relevant project initiatives, deliver periodic management information and enable continuous improvements.Help team manage direct to consumer marketing and communication processes and documentation before final sign-off by the business for implementationRequired Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint, excel, Power Point and some experience with Power BI.5+ years’ relevant experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Highly organized and able to work on multiple priorities.Strong verbal English language proficiency.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications
