DepartmentMarketingLocationRemote; Based anywhere in the U.S.Position typeFull TimeWork TypeFull RemotePosition DescriptionDeque Systems, Inc. is looking for a hybrid Marketing Ops + HubSpot Strategist to modernize our HubSpot environment, align marketing and sales, and support revenue growth. This role combines hands-on marketing automation work with strategic leadership in HubSpot and RevOps. You’ll join our Demand Gen pod within the Marketing team and report to the Head of Growth and Demand Generation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Alignment
    • Lead initiatives to align CRM, marketing automation, and sales systems to business goals.
    • Drive discovery, planning, and implementation of HubSpot and RevOps best practices.
    • Maintain data integrity and scalable automation.
    • Deliver consistent funnel reporting in partnership with Growth and RevOps.
  • HubSpot Admin & Integration
    • Own technical management of HubSpot across Marketing and Sales.
    • Continuously improve workflows, automations, and integrations.
    • Lead and evaluate third-party integrations (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, RingLead, etc.).
  • Execution & Enablement
    • Solve complex integration challenges across marketing and sales systems.
    • Enable team members with training and documentation on HubSpot best practices.
    • Turn technical insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Day-to-Day
    • Collaborate via Asana on daily marketing and RevOps tasks.
    • Build/revise workflows, templates, landing pages, and reports.
    • Maintain email health, manage suppression lists, and optimize lead flows.
    • Support cross-functional troubleshooting in HubSpot and Salesforce.
    • Work collaboratively with New Breed Revenue Hubspot vendor on various projects.
    • Request review of (from our internal team) and maintain digital accessibility (a11y) best practices for marketing forms, landing pages and emails

Requirements

  • Have 3–5 years in a HubSpot/RevOps role at a fast-paced SaaS company.
  • Bring a growth mindset and strong technical skills in HubSpot.
  • Are experienced with Salesforce, Excel, Hubspot WordPress integration, RingLead, ZoomInfo.
  • Can manage multiple projects with clear communication.
  • Hold a HubSpot RevOps certification (strongly preferred).
  • Willingness to learn digital accessibility best practices.
  • Bonus: Basic HTML and Outreach experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing SaaS company preferred.
  • Are based in Eastern or Central U.S. time zones.
