Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy, Planning & Budgeting • Build annual and quarterly marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budgets for both brands. • Identify growth opportunities, consumer insights, and strategic levers to drive brand salience. • Conduct and undertake market visits, consumer research, industry forums
2. Brand Leadership • Champion brand positioning, architecture, tonality, and long-term brand thinking. • Ensure consistency across all communication and consumer touchpoints.
3. Digital, Social & Influencer Marketing • Manage social media and digital agencies—content direction, monthly plans, approvals. • Oversee influencer collaborations, partnerships, and performance evaluation. • Ensure a strong, cohesive digital identity for both brands.
4. PR & Communications • Manage PR agency, build strong stories, secure relevant earned media, and improve share of voice.
5. Sales & Market Coordination • Work closely with HO and regional sales teams to plan and execute market-level activations. • Support Key Account team with branding, menu listings, promotions, and visibility.
6. Vendor & Production Management • Coordinate with vendors for development of POSM, visibility units, event branding, merch, and collaterals. • Ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
7. Brand Awareness & Trial Creation • Build strategies to increase brand reach, visibility, trials, and advocacy. • Design local activations, sampling programs, and event presence.
8. Performance Measurement & KPIs • Develop and track clear KPIs for every major campaign, activation, influencer partnership, or spend. • Analyse performance data and recommend action steps.
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing (AlcoBev preferred; FMCG welcome). • Strong understanding of digital + on-ground marketing. • Comfortable working in a young, fast-paced, unstructured, entrepreneurial environment.
Exceptional execution ability—gets things done. • Creative thinker with strong analytical grounding. • Excellent communication, vendor management, and cross-functional skills. • Passion for spirits, brands, culture, and consumer behaviour.
