Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at Stark Tech, a fast-growing technology and automation startup, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative solutions in safety, robotics, and smart systems. Your mission will be to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive leads and brand awareness, manage digital marketing across various platforms, and work closely with leadership to fuel Stark Tech's growth. To excel in this role, you must possess a strategic mindset along with the ability to execute on-the-ground activities, including field work to connect with clients, partners, and market opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting market research, competitor analysis, client outreach, planning and executing product launches, promotional events, and exhibitions. Additionally, you will visit clients, partners, and market locations for on-ground marketing activities and create engaging content for blogs, social media, and presentations. Tracking and analyzing campaign performance to improve outcomes and collaborating with the sales team to align marketing with revenue goals will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should hold an MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 15 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the startup or tech industry. You should be willing to travel locally for field work, have hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp, possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a creative mindset with strong analytical thinking. Being self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment is essential.
