Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business development. This role requires a creative thinker with strong digital marketing skills, industry awareness, and the ability to communicate architectural concepts to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities1. Brand & Strategy Development

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Strengthen brand identity across digital and offline channels.
• Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and positioning initiatives.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead-generation funnels.
• Oversee creation of content such as project showcases, reels, blogs, videos, and client testimonials.
• Maintain and update the company website with latest projects and achievements.

3. Business Development Support

• Generate quality leads through targeted campaigns.
• Support the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Manage partnerships with real estate developers, vendors, and influencers.

4. Project & Event Marketing

• Promote ongoing and completed projects through storytelling and visual marketing.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, webinars, and workshops to enhance brand reach.

5. Public Relations & Client Engagement

• Maintain relationships with media, design communities, and industry networks.
• Prepare press releases and manage PR campaigns.
• Oversee client communications, newsletters, and post-project engagement.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track KPIs for campaigns, website analytics, and social media performance.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture, real estate, construction, or design industries.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics platforms).
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing).
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, designers, and sales teams.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
