Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes marketing strategies to promote a company's brand, products, and services
• Creating comprehensive marketing plans, defining target audiences, and setting measurable goals
• Overseeing all aspects of marketing campaigns, from ideation and execution to performance tracking and reporting
• Conducting market research to identify trends, analyze competitor strategies, and understand customer behavior
• Managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively, and tracking expenses
• Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment
• Working closely with other departments, such as sales, finance, admin etc., to ensure alignment and maximize results
• Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and maintaining a strong brand reputation
• Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing content, including website content, social media posts, and other promotional materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ master's degree or equivalent experience
• 8 - 12 years' experience in marketing
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
