Role & Responsibilities – The primary focus is on serving the current customer base. Hunting for new customers. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to regional sales & operations team. Efficient stock order planning to ensure stock levels are adequate to meet demand of channel partners and while minimizing cost and avoiding overstocking. Review past sales, Fast-moving vs slow moving items, set reordering levels for ordering. Lead negotiations with partner (RITTAL) to secure sales deals Ensure effective communication and alignment of sales objectives, processes, and product offerings. Required Skills – B.Tech/B.E. degree in engineering Electrical, electronics, Instrumentation Experience in sales and marketing of industrial products like Enclosures , Switchgears, Panel accessories , electrical components . 2 to 5 years of experience in product sales. Individual performer, Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals and driving customer success.
