Position Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager (Direct to Customers) to lead our retail outreach and fabric sales directly to individual clients. This role is about building one-to-one connections with customers, showcasing fabrics at their homes or preferred locations, and helping them select premium fabrics for personal tailoring and fashion use.

Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Fabric Sales
• Sell ATI Global’s premium fabrics (suiting, shirting, linen, designer fabrics) directly to individuals for personal use.
• Conduct home visits, personalized fabric showings, and styling consultations for clients.
• Provide clients with fabric swatch books, catalogs, and new collection updates.
2. Customer Relationship Building
• Develop long-term personal relationships with premium clients.
• Understand client preferences (occasion wear, office wear, wedding, lifestyle fabrics) and suggest suitable options.
• Ensure repeat orders through excellent service and after-sales support.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion
• Create awareness about ATI Global’s premium fabrics through word-of-mouth, networking, and targeted promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design WhatsApp catalogs, Instagram stories, and referral campaigns for direct customers.
• Organize exclusive fabric preview sessions at premium venues or private gatherings.
4. Operations & Coordination
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure fast delivery of fabrics to customers.
• Follow up for payments and client satisfaction.
• Maintain client records in CRM/Zoho for structured follow-up and personalized service.
5. Market Intelligence
• Track customer trends, fashion demands, and fabric preferences in the premium individual segment.
• Share insights with management for new product launches (wedding collections, seasonal fabrics, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion/Textiles, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in luxury retail, textiles, fashion consulting, or customer-facing marketing roles.
• Strong interest in fabrics, fashion, and styling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and build trust with high-value clients.
• A network among premium/luxury lifestyle customers is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Incentives: Commission on every meter sold + bonuses for monthly/quarterly sales milestones.
• Perks: Travel allowance, mobile allowance, access to premium fabric collections, client entertainment budget.
