⭐ JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected, and results-driven Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager to bring in brand sponsors for our upcoming festivals and nightlife events (including the Valentine’s Day Beach Festival with 1500+ audience).
The role involves identifying potential brands, pitching sponsorship opportunities, closing deals, and managing long-term partnership relationships.
If you have strong communication skills, a network in lifestyle brands, and experience in sponsorship/brand partnerships, this role is for you.

⭐ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sponsorship Outreach & Acquisition
• Identify potential sponsor brands across lifestyle, fashion, beverages, hotels, fitness, fintech, automotive, and local businesses
• Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Schedule and conduct pitch meetings with brand managers & marketing heads
• Sell sponsorship packages (Title, Associate, Supporting Partners)
• Achieve assigned sponsorship revenue targets
2. Build Corporate & Brand Relationships
• Maintain relationships with marketing agencies, PR firms, distributors, and brand decision-makers
• Build a sponsorship pipeline for future events
• Create long-term brand collaborations for multiple festivals
3. Pitching & Presentation
• Present the event sponsorship deck to brands
• Customize proposals based on brand category & requirements
• Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and branding opportunities
• Ensure sponsor satisfaction & fulfilment of all commitments
4. Coordination With Internal Team
• Work with production, marketing, and creative teams to execute branding deliverables
• Ensure sponsor visibility on-ground & on digital
• Coordinate influencer and social media campaigns involving sponsor brands
5. Market Research & Brand Mapping
• Research brands aligned to festival audience
• Track marketing trends, competitor events, and sponsorship benchmarks
• Build a database of 200+ potential sponsor companies

⭐ REQUIRED SKILLS
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Experience in sponsorships, brand partnerships, sales, or corporate relations
• Good LinkedIn networking ability
• Ability to pitch convincingly
• Negotiation & closing skills
• Understanding of nightlife, music festivals, youth culture (bonus)
• Confident, proactive, target-driven personality

⭐ QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–5 years experience in sponsorship sales, event partnerships, B2B sales, brand activations, marketing, or business development
• Agency or nightlife/event industry experience is a plus
• Freshers with strong confidence + network may also apply
