Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pallavaram for an Event Sponsorship Manager. The responsibilities include developing and managing event sponsorship strategies, maintaining relationships with sponsors, planning and executing sponsorship activations, and ensuring all efforts align with organizational goals. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, monitor budgets, and proactively identify new sponsorship opportunities to drive revenue and brand visibility. Qualifications Proficiency in Event Marketing and strong Communication skills to build relationships with sponsors and stakeholders Hands-on experience in Event Management and Event Planning to execute high-quality sponsorship activations Expertise in Budgeting to effectively allocate resources and manage financial aspects of sponsorships Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the sports or events industry is a plus
