Event Sponsorship Manager

At Octaloop, we’re building India’s largest Web3 and blockchain community through flagship events like Metamorphosis and the India Blockchain Tour. Our stages have hosted leading global exchanges, protocols, policymakers, and innovators. Now, we’re scaling beyond Web3 — bringing in lifestyle, tech, fintech, F&B, and consumer brands that want to connect with India’s most forward-thinking audience.

We’re looking for an Event Sponsorship Manager who can ideate, pitch, and close sponsorships across diverse industries (think Red Bull, Starbucks, fintechs, consumer tech, etc.) to take our events to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a sponsorship acquisition strategy for Web2 brands (F&B, lifestyle, fintech, tech, etc.).

• Identify, reach out, and build relationships with key decision-makers in marketing and partnerships teams.

• Create tailored sponsorship packages and pitches aligned with brand objectives.

• Negotiate deals and close sponsorship contracts that maximize revenue and brand alignment.

• Collaborate with design, ops, and marketing teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are executed flawlessly.

• Track and report sponsorship sales pipeline, targets, and ROI.

• Stay updated on industry trends to spot new categories of sponsors.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships (events, sports, entertainment, or media preferred).

• Strong existing network in FMCG, lifestyle, fintech, or tech brands is a huge plus.

• Proven track record of closing mid-to-large sponsorship deals.

• Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to work independently and hustle in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for events, culture, and creating win-win brand collaborations.
